Local Move (Less than 50 miles, same US state): An installation partner will visit your home to remove the Tonal from your current address and install it at your new home. You will be responsible for preparing the Trainer for the move and transporting it to your new address. Many customers insure their Tonal with their movers the same way they insure TVs.
Long Distance Move (Greater than 50 miles): An installation partner will visit your home to remove the Tonal from the wall at your current address and prepare it for transport. You will then be responsible for transporting the Trainer to your new address. Many customers insure their Tonal with their movers the same way they insure TVs. A different installation partner will visit your new home to install the Trainer.
Both services include hardware kits for relocation.

Transportation: Tonal provides professional uninstallation and reinstallation labor, but you or your professional movers are responsible for physically transporting the Trainer to your new address.
Safety & Packaging: We recommend using the original Tonal packaging for transport if available. If not, ensure your movers use high-quality furniture blankets and secure the arms to prevent shifting.
Insurance Coverage: We highly recommend confirming that your homeowners, renters, or relocation insurance policy covers high-end fitness equipment during transit.
Wall Readiness: Before your reinstallation date, verify that your new wall meets all installation requirements (stud spacing, height, and material).
Give yourself plenty of time to get back to your routine.
3-Week Lead Time: We recommend purchasing your Relocation Service at least three weeks before your move date to ensure technician availability in both locations.
Hardware Shipping: Once your order is placed, your new installation hardware kit will ship to your current address. This typically takes about 7 days to arrive.
Don't Forget the Kit: Ensure the new hardware kit is moved along with your Trainer; our technicians cannot perform the reinstallation without these specific, brand-new parts.
Scheduling: After your kit arrives, you will receive an email to schedule your uninstallation and reinstallation appointments.
