Our team of professional installation experts will work with you to ensure installation requirements are met, white-glove delivery is seamless and set-up is stress-free.

Eligible customers will get their Tonal 1 uninstalled and removed, and their Tonal 2 installed by a member of our team for the standard cost of shipping and handling, starting at $295.

Your new Tonal will be mounted in the same location using the original Tonal wall brackets for the price of standard shipping and handling.

If you'd like your Tonal 2 to be installed on a different wall, please contact Customer Care prior to purchase for relocation pricing.

No, any Tonal 1 owner can upgrade to Tonal 2 as long as you have a Tonal 1 on your wall.

Yes! As long as you have Tonal on your wall, you are eligible for the program.

No. Tonals must go through a stringent certified pre-owned program to even be considered for refurbishment, and many don’t make the cut. You can rest easy knowing that Tonals that do meet our requirements will find new life powering other athletes, while those that can’t will be responsibly recycled. 

Yes! When you check out, you’ll see the option to use Affirm to finance your purchase.

No, the warranty does not transfer. However, when you upgrade to Tonal 2, you will receive a free 4-year extended warranty ($425 value).

Unfortunately, we can't merge financing loans. Your existing Affirm loan for Tonal 1 will continue, and if you choose to finance your Tonal 2, you’ll need a separate financing plan.  If you have any questions about your Affirm loan, contact the team at Affirm.

We love that you want to give new life to your Tonal 1 by selling or gifting it. If you prefer this route, you can purchase a new Tonal 2 here. The current upgrade deal will not be available, but we have great offers throughout the year. You will need to purchase new accessories and can purchase extended warranty.

Tonal 2 still has to get shipped to your local hub, and delivered and installed by a team of two. They will uninstall your Tonal 1, install Tonal 2, remove all packaging, and bring your Tonal 1 back to our warehouse.

If you’d like Tonal 2 installed on a different wall in the same home or a different address entirely, there will be a relocation fee. Please contact Customer Support before purchase to discuss your particular installation needs.
